Made-to-order final sale: Purchase are final sale and we do not offer refunds or exchanges because your product is custom created when you place your order. Please make sure you choose the right sizes before you order. 

Defective/Damaged Products: If your new product is defective or damaged in anyway that is not normal wear and tear, we will take full responsibility for it. We only require that the product be unworn/ unwashed and in original packaging. 

In this case, please send us an email through the site's contact form with "Return" in the subject line within 14 days of receiving the product. We'll get back to you within 2 business day for such inquiries.
